Maintenance

The correct maintenance of elevators increases the reliability and safety of the installations and extends their useful life, avoiding downtime and other setbacks.

According to Decree-Law 320/2002, elevator owners are required to enter into a maintenance contract with a lift installation maintenance company (EMIE). In the event of an accident or failure to comply with the applicable safety standards, this same company assumes responsibility.

Simple maintenance contracts keep your elevators in safe and operational condition, while complete maintenance contracts also include the replacement or repair of components resulting from the normal functioning of the elevator.
